Appliance Repair

Our repair service begins upon receipt of a fault notification. Depending on the type of product, the service may be carried out at the customer’s home, through one of the technical services in our national network, or directly at our central workshops.

This service is provided free of charge to the user, as long as the issue is covered under the general terms of the product warranty.

For cases requiring repair at our central workshops, we offer a product pick-up service. Once the appliance has been repaired, it will be returned to the customer.
